Good evening lovely brides-to-be, how many months until your wedding now?
If you’re getting married in 2015 chances are you’ve begun to wind down with wedding plans for this year and are heading feet first into the festive season. Well, a little tip for you all; take out your planning diary and make a to-do list for the New Year. Get ahead of the game, we promise you’ll wake up on January, 1st a whole lot less panicked and with a clear idea of what needs sorted! This way, you can enjoy your last Christmas as a single girl and look forward to your wedding without any stressing.
Our lovely bride and groom today are Gillian and Jonathan Boyd. They married this past spring on one of the windiest days we got; it was so windy in fact their church decor had to be moved inside for fear of it being carried off! Gillian and her beautiful bridal party looked chic and not at all windswept in their stunning gowns from Perfect Day, Lurgan. Sara Dalzell Photography was the lady behind the camera for their wedding.
Gillian arrived to her ceremony at St Elizabeth’s Church, Moygashel with her Dad in an open top vintage VW Beetle. She was attended by her sister, Jenna and best friend Kerry, along with the cutest little bridal party.
Following their ceremony the new Mr and Mrs Boyd and their 65 guests travelled to Corick House Hotel & Spa in Clogher for their reception. In keeping with the soft tones and spring feel, the suite at Corick House had been dressed beautifully with a cupcake tower taking centre stage. Each individual cupcake had been expertly baked and decorated by Gillian’s cousin, Charlotte who runs Lottie’s Lovelies.
With the formalities of the day over, the guests made full use of the photo booth from Photo Booth NI;
“The booth went down a storm with our guests! Everyone had so much fun with the props and it wasn’t empty all night!” said Gillian.
