We’re a little later than usual today with our lovely True Love Tuesday couple, we’ve been busy putting together the finishing touches for our Reader Awards, which is happening this week! We are SO excited to share the good news with you, but back to this evening and Gail and Peters wedding.
Gail is the creative mind and baker behind Airy Fairy Cakes. We knew her wedding would be creative and imaginative, fun and happy, and our predictions were right on the money! Married at Mussenden Temple on the coast by Castlerock, the day was filed with glorious sun shine, love and laughter.
“Peter and I wanted a relaxed, informal humanist wedding with only 60 of our nearest and dearest to celebrate. Because we had a humanist ceremony we actually legally got married on the morning of the wedding in the Civic Centre, Coleraine and there were quite a few guests who weren’t aware of that! Having the humanist ceremony meant we had full control of our ceremony and with guidance were able to put our own stamp on it which made it very personal for us and our guests,” explained Gail.
The breathtaking backdrop of Mussenden Temple was further brought to life with exquisite styling by Grace & Saviour, with The Stables Flower Co providing the amazing floral arrangements and statement light up letters from Electric Alphabet.
Following their very personal service, Gail, Peter and their guests travelled to Brown Trout Golf & Country Inn, Aghadowey, where they were again wowed with the beautiful decor and of course, Gail’s enviable dessert table, all made by her own fair hands!
