The wind might be howling and there may even be a touch of snow on the ground, but today on the blog we have the glorious sunny wedding of Hayley and Robert to share! Their day took on a lavender and travel theme with plenty of DIY touches at Montalto Estate, Ballynahinch, they were so lucky with the weather they even held their ceremony outside – now that’s one reason we’re very excited for the warmer weather again. Hayley and her maids chose beautiful boho styles for their hair accented with lavender and babies breath. 
The dusky grey maids dresses worked perfectly with the lush hand tied bridal bouquets, and check out the draped ribbon detail- gorgeous!
The outside ceremony area was simply dressed with crisp white seating and rustic pew ends of hessian and lace covered jam jars.
The banqueting hall at the Carriage Rooms never fails to impress, we adore the shabby chic floral table centres and touches of wood in the table name holders. Each table was named after a location Hayley and Robert have visited, a great personal touch. 
Instead of a traditional wedding cake, Hayley and Robert chose a tower of individual chocolate mousses made by their caterers, the Yellow Door from Portadown.
